We cater to individuals who look to tone and strengthen their body, gain weight, lose weight, or who desire to live a healthier active lifestyle. Our certified personal trainers at Soma Solutions, LLC. ™ provide meaningful exercises to help you achieve your desired results.
Personalized training sessions in a private atmosphere provide comfort for all clients no matter what their level of physical fitness. Soma wants to help you feel comfortable and energized in your sessions. We want to help you make better lifestyle choices.
Soma works from the basic recommendations provided by The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Heart Association (AHA). Depending on age these guidelines vary:
Do moderately intense cardio 30 minutes a day, five days a week
Or
Do vigorously intense cardio 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week
And
Do eight to 10 strength-training exercises, eight to 12 repetitions of each exercise twice a week. |

Moderate-intensity physical activity means working hard enough to raise your heart rate and break a sweat, yet still being able to carry on a conversation. The 30-minute recommendation is for the average healthy adult to maintain health and reduce the risk for chronic disease. [1]
Soma Solutions will help you to meet these recommendations through classes, take home instruction and by use of a pedometer everyday.
